Forms A & B - Required for Scouts & Leaders/Volunteers participating in any local tours/activities/camp outs that are LESS than 72 hours

Forms A, B, and C - Required for Scouts & Parents/Volunteers participating in any local tours/activities/camp outs that are MORE than 72 hours

Scoutmaster Recommendation

Complete Forms A & B in Acrobat on your computer and safe if you need to print it up/modify it. Scan a copy of Form C before you turn it in. And just do A, B, and C at the same time then you are good for the entire year.

You may submit a reimbursement request form for any Scout-related purchase. This includes camping fees, troop registration fees, activity fees, or gear/uniform purchases for the Scout.

Scout Accounts are funded only by the efforts from your Scout during our various fundraisers.

Download the Scout Account Reimbursement Form, fill it out, and give to the Scoutmaster and / or Treasurer. Note that this may take 1-2 weeks to process.

There is a small fee to participate in Scouts, along with a troop membership due. Combined, we try to keep the cost of this adventure at less than $15/mo per Scouts. We have a few fundraisers throughout the year that the Scout uses to support the troop, her own adventures, and gear.
