About the Troop

Effective Feb 1, 2019, girls aged 11-17 will be able to join Scouts BSA. New girl-only Scouts BSA troops will take part in all of the activities traditionally associated with Boy Scout troops. All the adventure, achievement, and opportunity now waits to be explored.

As a Scout, you will journey from the trail from Scout to Eagle rank, develop leadership, outdoor, and citizenship skills for the 21st century. Troop 73 will focus on outdoor adventures and STEM opportunities for the girls of Firestone, Frederick, Dacono, Erie, Longmont, and Mead.  

Girls who are 11-17 and have started 6th grade are invited to attend any of our meetings and journey us for an adventure! We will be starting our regular, weekly meetings on Monday, Feb 4, 2019, at 6:00 PM. Meetings will typically run 90 minutes.
